Our raw, Organic Sunflower Seeds are high in protein, filled with antioxidants and flavour. You can add sunflower seeds into numerous baked goods, mix them into a trail mix blend, add them to cereals and salads or eat them on their own. They add extra crunch and a delicious flavour to many dishes. Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of iron, calcium and fibre.

I enjoy adding them raw to my lettuce salads and broccoli salads. I also use them when baking granola cereal and cookies. They taste delicious. I appreciate that they do not come into contact with soy products.
