As you may know, we are a dedicated Gluten-Free Canadian wholesale supply company who has a passion for providing our customers with the highest quality ingredients.
My name is Sylvia, and I have been working with Pilling Foods for around six months now. I oversee the social media/creative side for Pilling Foods and try to bring some of the creations that can be made with our products to life! I hope to inspire people that have never really cooked with gluten-free products (like myself) and show them that baking/cooking with gluten free products may not be that difficult.
If you are diagnosed with celiac disease, have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance, or simply want to control health problems that may be caused by consumption of gluten and are starting to cook with gluten-free flours: it can get messy and frustrating. Trust me. Even though I am just starting to use such flours myself, some of the things I have made turned out to not be so tasty, or even worse: absolute fails! Being someone who has very little patience within the kitchen, I get easily frustrated when recipes take a long time or when I spend all my time trying to make something and it simply doesn’t turn out.
This blog will be dedicated to discovering and playing around with various baking and cooking recipes, healthy tips, information about our products and more. I cannot wait to share with you this journey of using Good Eats products and discovering how fun baking and cooking can be!
